Eugenie Webster (Khlebnikova)

Eugenie Webster (Khlebnikova) is a Senior Process Engineer at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, division of Johnson and Johnson, located in Guelph, Ontario, and has over 16 years of validation experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Khlebnikova’s expertise is in many areas of validation, including; facility and equipment qualification, process validation, and packaging validation,. Ms. Khlebnikova is a frequent contributor to Institute of Validation Technology publications. She has authored a few articles for the Journal of Validation Technology on topics related to statistical applications in pharmaceutical industry and contributed a chapter on statistics and variation for the IVT Regulatory Handbook. She also lead “Introduction to Statistical Applications for Process Validation” workshop at the Validation and cGMP Compliance Week Canada 2012. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Bio-Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, a master’s degree in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University, as well as several certifications including Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB).
