Quality by Design for Analytical Procedures -- Measurement Uncertainty | IVT

Measurement uncertainty is defined by the International Vocabulary of Metrology (commonly known as VIM) as the "non-negative parameter characterizing the dispersion of the quantity values being attributed to a measure and, based on the information used". The important word in the definition is "dispersion".
